Joining Tobermory's award winning core range, this 21 year old Single Malt was distilled into a Whisky refill cask on the 16th of December 1999. The spirit was then transferred into Oloroso sherry casks on the 26th of February, 2015. The result is a beautifully sweet and vibrant dram. Nose: Marzipan, hazelnuts, toffee, treacle and furniture wax. Palate: Cherry wood, brown sugar, caramelised pineapples and sticky toffee. Finish: Fresh, light and sweet. HOW IT TASTES - Our 21 Year Old is packed full of marzipan, hazelnut and toffee notes on the nose. On the palate, expect cherry wood and brown sugar folloed by caramelised pineapples and sticky toffee.

HOW IT'S MADE -This exquisite whisky was distilled into a Whisky refill cask on the 16th of December 1999. The spirit was then transferred into Oloroso sherry casks on the 26th of February, 2015.
