TEN DORSET BOTANICALS, EIGHT WEEKS IN OAK – Built on our flagship Dorset Dry Gin: ten botanicals including pine-led juniper, coriander, orris and angelica root, cassia bark, bitter orange peel, hand-picked marsh samphire, English elderberries and hand-foraged New Forest gorse flowers, distilled in a copper pot still with pure New Forest spring water. Then rested in used 5-year-old Ruby Port casks sourced from a prestigious Port House in Porto, Portugal. The gin gets richer; the oak gets a second life.

STRICTLY LIMITED EDITION – Each batch of Conker Port Barrel Gin is yielded from just two unique Ruby Port casks, producing only 500–800 bottles per release. Once a batch is gone, that exact gin is gone for good — every release tastes a touch different depending on the port that soaked the staves. Each bottle is small-batch numbered. HANDMADE IN DORSET BY CONKER DISTILLERY – Founded in 2014 by Rupert Holloway, Conker was Dorset's first gin distillery and is now one of Britain's most awarded craft gin makers. Every Port Barrel batch is distilled, rested and bottled by hand at our Bournemouth distillery — small-batch, slow craft, no industrial shortcuts.
