TIME-FORGOTTEN DOUBLE AGEING: Ferrand says research uncovered a lost tradition of ageing cognac in wine barrels. Double Cask Réserve revives it and, to their knowledge, was first to use it in modern times—finishing in Banyuls barrels for rich rancio
