The ideal union of Finnish rye and 17 spices and botanicals,Dark Gin is aged in American oak barrels for 3-12 months for a deep and intense flavour. With notes of honey and vanilla, you can enjoy it hot or cold with cloudy apple juice, mix it with ginger ale or sip it neat. BRUTALLY FINNISH: Like half of the Finnish population, the idea for Kyro's all-rye distillery was conceived in the sauna.home is an old dairy in the heart of Finland and we must say it produces some pretty good spirits.

THE FINEST INGREDIENTS: A delicious Finnish wholegrain rye is blended with spices and botanicals and then cask-aged in oak barrels to createmuch-loved Kyrö Dark Gin.

THE IDEAL SERVE: Enjoy Kyrö Dark Gin hot or cold - it’s amazing with cloudy apple juice or ginger ale and can be sipped neat.

100 Percent RYE: It may be the hardest grain to distil due to its temperament, but we will still only ever use Finnish wholegrain rye inproducts - be it whisky, gin or liqueur.
