Description

Based in the village of Dala, near Harnosand in Sweden, Jon Hillgren has crafted by hand a modern gin. Herno is distilled with eight botanicals; juniper, cassia, lemon peel, vanilla, coriander, lingon berries, black pepper and meadosweet. All botanicals are organic and carefull hand selcted for this world class gin, the gin was the most awarded at Gin Masters 2013 and 2014, and the most awarded gin in Europe in 2013 and has won nearly 30 international awards since 2012.The production is all done by hand using only natural and organic botanicals cut with water drawn from Jon's very own well. The organic wheat spirit base is distilled twice and each bottle is numbered by hand and signed by Jon. The Sloe Gin is made with Herno Gin and organic sloe berries as well as local honey to balance the sweetness.A sloe gin from the multi-award winning Swedish gin producers Hernö.
