Introducing Global’s next generation of professional kitchen knives: the Ni range. This premium quality collection takes the original, award-winning Global knife design and improves it for better balance, more control and superior cutting power. The blades are still crafted from Global’s signature CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, but are constructed with longer handles, thicker blades and a rounded spine. These changes make the knife slightly heavier than previous Global ranges and added to the extra sharpening process they are made with, leads to a swifter and easier cut as well as an even more stable and precise grip overall. The 23cm Slicer, also known as a carving knife, is a blade specifically designed to make short work of cutting up joints of meat and fish. The ultra-sharp blade will glide through beef, lamb, pork, chicken, turkey and just about any meat you can think of – ideal both for Sunday roasts at home or for a busy afternoon at a carvery restaurant!
