Introducing Global’s next generation of professional kitchen knives: the Ni range. This premium quality collection takes the original, award-winning Global knife design and improves it for better balance, more control and superior cutting power. The blades are still crafted from Global’s signature CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, but are constructed with longer handles, thicker blades and a rounded spine. These changes make the knife slightly heavier than previous Global ranges and added to the extra sharpening process they are made with, leads to a swifter and easier cut as well as an even more stable and precise grip overall. The 16cm Cook’s knife is an all-purpose knife which can chop, slice or dice a wide range of food types. Use this knife to prepare vegetables in any way you like, or to slice up meat.
