Introducing Global’s next generation of professional kitchen knives: the Ni range. This premium quality collection takes the original, award-winning Global knife design and improves it for better balance, more control and superior cutting power. The blades are still crafted from Global’s signature CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, but are constructed with longer handles, thicker blades and a rounded spine. These changes make the knife slightly heavier than previous Global ranges and added to the extra sharpening process they are made with, leads to a swifter and easier cut as well as an even more stable and precise grip overall. The 16cm Fluted Oriental Cook’s knife is an all-purpose kitchen slicer, defined by the dimpled surface and fluted blade design, which combine to create an air pocket between the blade and the food you are slicing. This helps streamline the knife while chopping, preventing food such as onions or potatoes from sticking to it and making the Oriental Cook’s Knife an ideal choice for rapidly cutting vegetables and raw meats.
