The three fundamental parts to our Mezcals are agave, terroir, and process, all parts linking together to create a unique liquid. Expect flavours of roasted agave, herbal pine undertones, and a classic white pepper finish, all faithfully reflecting the agave plants’ landscape. Bottled at a traditional 45 Percent ABV, it delivers clarity of flavour and a balanced finish. Each drop is handmade in the Mixteca region by agave farmer and fourth-generation Mezcalero Julio Sánchez Gómez. No chemicals, colourings, preservatives, or additives are used at any stage.
