Rehabands help to strengthen muscles and improve balance and are good for use in group sessions. These lightweight, comfortable resistive bands are good for a wide range of gentle exercises. The bands are held securely in each hand and gently stretched in a motion which over a period of time will help build the muscle in a controlled way reducing the risk of injury. Rehabands are made from natural rubber latex. The Rehabands are available in several levels of resistance and supplied in rolls 125 mm (5inches) wide and either 5.48 m (6 yards) or 45.72 m (50 yards) long, so the desired length can be cut.
