This NRS Healthcare G30342 Rehaband Band- Extra Heavy Resistance - 45.72m (50 yards) is a large roll of resistance band that can be simply cut to the size required. This roll is the Extra Heavy Resistance version which comes in black and is 125mm (5”) wide. These lightweight, comfortable resistive bands can be used for a wide range of exercises for the whole body. Can be used for individual, home based exercise or in group sessions. Resistive exercise provides both positive and negative force on the muscles, improving strength, range of motion and cooperation of muscle groups. These bands are portable and versatile with virtually unlimited uses, they cost much less than gym equipment and used correctly can achieve equally positive results. The bands are simply held securely in each hand and gently stretched - over a period of time this will help build muscle, tone and improve balance. These rehabands are available in several levels of resistance from light to extra heavy and it is recommended that you build up from a low resistance level gradually. Supplied in a roll measuring 125 mm (5 inch) wide by 45.72 m (50 yards) long, so the desired lengths can be cut. Made from natural rubber latex.
