Description

Lightweight, comfortable resistive bands are ideal for a wide range of exercises for the whole body. Resistive exercise provides both positive and negative force on the muscles, improving strength, range of motion and cooperation of muscle groups. Can be used for individual, home based exercise or in group sessions. Costs much less than gym equipment and achieves equally positive results, plus the bands are portable and versatile with virtually unlimited uses. The bands are held securely in each hand and gently stretched in a motion which over a period of time will help build muscle, tone and improve balance. The Rehabands are available in several levels of resistance from light to extra heavy and it is recommended that you build up from a low resistance level gradually. Supplied in rolls 125 mm (5-inch) wide and either 5.48 m (6 yards) or 45.72 m (50 yards) long, so the desired length can be cut. Made from natural rubber latex. 45.72 m (50 yards).
