Thera-Band is a range of resistive exercise bands. Resistive exercise provides both positive and negative force on the muscles, improving strength, range of motion and cooperation of muscle groups. Can be used for individual, home based exercise or in group sessions. Costs much less than gym equipment and achieves equally positive results, plus the bands are portable and versatile with virtually unlimited uses. Supplied with a light powder coating to enhance durability. Simple to use cut to desired length, wrap once around each hand and stretch repeatedly in a variety of ways to strengthen and tone specific parts of the body. Instruction manual with hundreds of exercises available online. Ideal for use in the home, at school or college and for rehabilitation. A full range of colour coded resistance levels are offered and it is recommended you begin at one of the light resistance levels, working up as each level becomes easier.
