To help you get the best out of your wild game meat, our clamp-on tenderizer is made of heavy-duty cast iron with two cast iron rollers full of tenderizing points that make even the toughest meats tender and easier to work with and cook. Easy hand-crank operation. Our clamp-on meat tenderizer has a removable orange plastic top cover to protect users from the moving parts so they don't get injured. The opening measures 4 inches by a 1/2 inch and accepts up to a 1/2 inch thick piece of meat. Disassembles for easy cleanup, hand wash only.

Durable Construction: Made of durable cast iron with geared cast iron tenderizing points. The removable plastic cover protects the user from moving parts.

Specifications: The top opening measures 4" x 1/2" and accepts pieces of meat that are up to 1/2" thick. This gives you the ability to tenderize several different types and sizes of meat.

Cleanup Instructions: You need to disassemble the clamp tenderizer to clean it properly. Hand wash only; rinse and dry parts thoroughly. We recommend spraying with Silicone Spray to keep your tenderizer looking like new.
