TASTING NOTES: Colour: Brilliant, gold-touched amber.

NOSE: Very sweet nose, notes of stewed fruit, prune and nuts with a slight herbaceous note, tempered by spicy aromas of cinnamon and Szechuan pepper.

TASTE: Complex impressions with aromas of almond and citrus. Pear and cinnamon with notes of gingerbread, tobacco, oregano and hyssop. At the finish, very rich bouquet moderated by a subtle base of bitterness.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Dolin Rouge also complements most American straight whiskeys in a Manhattan, from lighter “wheaters” to boldly spicy Single Barrel.
