DOLIN VERMOUTH BLANC is elaborated by macerating thirty-three aromatic alpine herbs and spices in a sweet white wine. Vermouth Blanc was created by «Chambériens» well before their Italian counterparts replicated the style as “Bianco”.

A PLEASANT HARMONY of botanical notes develop on the palate in a silky texture. To complete the impression, the aromas of broom and elderflower in this white vermouth give way to notes of fresh almond and peach. There may be no better choice for cocktails such as an El Presidente or a White Negroni.
