Product Description F370 adjustable dies for G-series (BSP) threads are designed to be used by hand held in the L110 dies stock (or other suitable die stock). They can be used for creating external threads in many materials including steels, aluminium and stainless steels and can be adjusted to achieve the required fit or tolerance. Clean and accurate threads are produced, thanks to the bright finish on the tools which prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edges, whilst the premium High Speed steel used in manufacture of F370 adjustable dies will give extended tool life and improved performance. Manufacturer's Description Dormer F370 Hss Dies G Series (Bspf) 1/8 X 28 Dormer circular split dies can be used by hand or machine. Because the die has a split it can be adjusted slightly to provide a thread slightly smaller or larger than the norm. G Series (BSPF) Adjustable Dies Application: For Production of components less than three times diameter in length. Tolerance : Class B Adjustable Chamfer Lead : Two Threads Surface treatment : Bright Material : HSS - High Speed Steel BS1127:1950
