F130 gun nosed machine dies from Dormer are designed to create external unified fine threads in many different materials, including aluminium, stainless steels and steels, with accurate screw threads to 2A tolerance. The bright finish stops workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge of the tool to give you a more accurate and cleaner thread, whilst the gun nosed design directs the chips away from the cutting edges which improves performance. F130 machine dies from Dormer are manufactured from High Speed steel to give you extended tool life and great performance.
