Das Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, die organisatorische Kommunikation in ihrer Beziehung zum organisatorischen Verhalten zu untersuchen, insbesondere die Kommunikation als ein Element, das Prozesse der Verhaltensänderung verbindet, fördert und verbreitet. In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass Verhalten einen kommunikativen Wert hat und dass Individuen so handeln, wie sie denken, wurde es notwendig, dieses Thema zu kennen. Ausgehend von dieser Annahme untersucht diese Arbeit die soziale Repräsentation des technischen Verwaltungsangestellten und wie er sich als Bürger der Organisation positioniert. Die Studie, die auf qualitativer und quantitativer Forschung basiert, wurde in drei Phasen durchgeführt. In der ersten wurde die soziale Repräsentation des Beamten mit Hilfe der Evokationstechnik als methodischer Bezugspunkt untersucht, in der zweiten wurde eine Likert-Skala verwendet, die somit geschlossen ist, und die dritte basierte auf der Skala der Organisationsbürgerschaft. Die Hauptergebnisse weisen darauf hin, dass die RS der Beamten auf dem historischen Ursprung der Stabilität beruht und sich auf die Kommunikation auswirkt, die von der Organisation und dem Beamten nicht verstanden wurde, was das Verhalten des Subjekts verändert und die Organisationsbürgerschaft nicht fördert.
