Description

In this work an attempt has been done to optimize the process of tabletting and enteric coating for Diclofenac sodium enteric coated tablet. Various optimized parameters are Blending, Granulation, Compression, and Coating. All materials required for preparing Diclofenac 50mg enteric coated tablet were accurately dispensed under specified condition. Optimization was done based on determining the relationship between independent variable and dependent variable. Independent variable like blending time before granulation was optimized based on content uniformity. Spray rate of binder for granulation was optimized for uniform and satisfied physical characterization. Spray rate of enteric coating suspension was optimized for efficient coating and process.
