Les exigences du travail que sont la quantité et la complexité du travail, la pression temporelle, liées à une injustice organisationnelle et un soutien au travail défaillants vont générer une réduction des ressources psychiques et physiques menant à l’épuisement émotionnel, voire à l’effondrement. Partant de ce constant, les résultats mis en évidence dans cette étude permettent d’insister sur un ensemble de déterminants de la santé et sur les influences imbriquées de ces facteurs.
