Simone Vollmer entwickelt ein Modell zur produktivitätsorientierten Planung und Steuerung des Teilzeiteinsatzes. Sie beschreibt die Wirkungszusammenhänge zwischen Teilzeitarbeit und Arbeitsproduktivität, die von den vier Einflussfaktoren Flexibilität, physiologische Leistungsbereitschaft, Motivation und Mehraufwand bestimmt werden. Diese Zusammenhänge werden anhand dreier Fallstudien empirisch nachgewiesen. Aus den theoretischen und empirischen Ergebnissen werden praktische Handlungsempfehlungen zur Planung und Steuerung der Teilzeitarbeit abgeleitet. About the Author Dr. Simone Vollmer war wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl für Personalmanagement des Betriebswirtschaftlichen Instituts der Universität Stuttgart, wo sie bei Professor Dr. Karl-Friedrich Ackermann promovierte. Sie ist Leiterin der Personalentwicklung Europa der TRW Occupant Restraint Systems GmbH & Co. KG in Alfdorf.
