Das Marketing für verschreibungspflichtige pharmazeutische Präparate ist im Vergleich zum Konsumgüter- oder Investitionsgütermarketing wenig entwickelt. Gesicherte verhaltenswissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse zur Gestaltung der Kommunikation mit den verschiedenen Marktpartnern werden kaum berücksichtigt. Es müssen daher neue Wege aufgezeigt und beschritten werden. Dazu will diese theoriegeleitete empirische Studie einen Beitrag leisten. Dabei stehen folgende Fragen im Vordergrund: 1. Wie gestaltet sich zur Zeit die Kommunikation der Hersteller pharmazeutischer Präparate? 2. Welche Möglichkeiten bietet die motivationsadäquate typologieorientierte Ansprache der Ärzteschaft? 3. Wie beurteilen Ärzte und Patienten die innovative "Integrierte Patienten-Ansprache", also die Auf klärung der Bevölkerung über Krankheitsbilder bei gleichzeitiger Unterrichtung der Ärzte? Durch die umfassende Fragestellung und Aktualität dieser Arbeit wird allen interessierten Personen bzw. Interessengruppen, wie z.B. Pharma-Herstellern, Ärzten, Apothekern, Patienten, Selbsthilfegruppen, Verbraucherverbänden, Politikern, Medien und der Öffentlichkeit, auf diese Weise die Möglichkeit geboten, ihre Wissensstände einander anzunähern und aus ihrer Sicht positive und negative Aspekte zu diskutieren.
