Qui peut en bénéficier ? Quels droits sont accordés aux apatrides ? Ce statut permet-il une protection optimale de ces derniers ? Existe-t-il d'autres sources de protection des apatrides, au-delà de cette convention internationale ? Qu'en est-il de la protection mise en place en Belgique ?
