About the Author Sylvia Ashton is an independent education consultant. Sylvia previously taught on the PgCert in Learning and Teaching in HE at Sheffield Hallam University. She has dedicated herself to supporting the professional development of hundreds of lecturers using imaginative and innovative approaches.
