This allows you to mix a batch once and use it throughout a full production shift, behaving much like a 1-part adhesive during that time. This silver epoxy is engineered for high performance, offering excellent electrical resistivity and thermal conductivity. It is ideal for heat-sensitive components because it cures at an optimal temperature of only 65 C in less than 2 hours, which is significantly lower than many standard 1-part epoxies. If high heat is not an option, room temperature curing is also possible within 96 hours. The cured adhesive provides strong bonds to most electronic substrates and resists both thermal and mechanical shocks, making it a reliable choice for demanding hardware applications.
