The 9300 One-Part Epoxy General Purpose Adhesive, Low Tag is a heat cured, electrically and thermally insulating, thixotropic glue for low stress bonding of SMD’s and fibber optic components. ATTENTION! This product must be heat cured. Applications & Usages: The 9300 is designed for use in electronic assembly operations. It may be used for bonding passive components to a PCB, such as motors, connectors, coils or ferrites. It may also be used to reinforce wire bonds or to stake SMD’s to a PCB for extra support. It can be used in manual, pneumatic and robotic dispensing processes. It is useful in devices in many industries and applications, including consumer electronics, contract manufacturing, telecommunications, medical equipment and automotive manufacturing.
