The 9310 One-Part Epoxy General Purpose Adhesive, High Tag is a heat cured, electrically and thermally insulating, thixotropic glue for bonding SMD’s to PCB’s. It has unlimited working time at room temperature and it does not require frozen storage. It has excellent adhesion to FR4, common PCB substrates and housings, glass, ceramics, metals, engineered thermoplastics and thermoset laminates. ATTENTION! This product must be heat cured. Applications & Usages: The 9310 is designed for use in electronic assembly operations. It may be used for bonding passive components to a PCB, such as motors, connectors, coils or ferrites. It may also be used to reinforce wire bonds or to stake SMD’s to a PCB for extra support. It can be used in manual, pneumatic and robotic dispensing processes. It is used in devices in many industries and applications, including consumer electronics, contract manufacturing, telecommunications, medical equipment and automotive manufacturing.
