The COVVY TB6600 is a professional 2/4 phase hybrid stepper motor driver designed for 42mm, 57mm and 86mm stepper motors with phase current below 4.0A. This CNC controller board accepts 9-42V DC input (recommended 12-24V) and delivers configurable output current from 0.5A to 4.0A peak, making it suitable for NEMA17 and NEMA23 stepper motors with target torque up to 1.8N.m. The driver features 6-digit DIP switch configuration allowing 7 subdivision modes (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 segments) and 8 selectable current levels, with optocoupler isolated 3.3-24V universal signal input for robust noise immunity. Ideal for CNC machine tools, engraving machines, laser systems, plotters and automated manufacturing equipment requiring precise stepper motor control.

Eight output current levels (0.5A, 1.0A, 1.5A, 2.0A, 2.5A, 2.8A, 3.0A, 3.5A) adjustable through DIP configuration for custom motor control.

Optocoupler isolated signal input accepts universal 3.3-24V external signals with Pulse/Direction control for strong anti-interference protection.

H-bridge bipolar constant phase flow driver operates NEMA17 and NEMA23 stepper motors with torque up to 1.8N.m in CNC applications.
