Soup Mix - A Mix of Lentils, Peas & Barley: Our soup mix is made up of a variety of lentils and pearl barley. You can use this combination of lentils to make your tasty soups: Red Lentils, Green Lentils, Yellow Split Peas, Green Split Peas, and Pearl Barley. This soup mix is beneficial to you in a variety of ways since it contains a variety of lentils.

HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Pearl barley is an ancient whole grain that has been used for thousands of years and is rich in taste and minerals. Pearl barley has remarkable protein content. Lentils are an excellent vegetarian protein source. They are also heavy in carbs and an excellent source of minerals and vitamins. GMO-free soup mix is suitable for vegans.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: To Cook without soaking: Add 1 cup of mix to 3 cups of water. Bring to boil and simmer for 35 minutes or until tender. To Cook with soaking: Soak 1 cup of mix for 6-8 hours. - Drain and place in 3 cups of freshwater. - Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.
