Black Wild Rice USA: Wild rice has long been harvested and consumed in North America, India, and China. While the grain is currently considered a delicacy in North America, it is less popular in China, where the plant's stem is consumed as a vegetable.

HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: It has a greater fibre level than the majority of whole grains and is an important source of critical vitamins and minerals. Wild rice has a distinct rich nutty taste and a pleasant soft-firm texture. Salads, soups, spaghetti, and even stuffing can all benefit from this versatile ingredient. Black Wild Rice USA is all-natural, GMO-free, and vegan-friendly.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: To Cook: Rinse the rice, place 125g in a large pan, stir in 450ml of boiling water. Return to the boil, cover, and simmer for 45-50 minutes until the grains have popped. Take off the heat & keep the pan covered for a further 5 minutes then fork through the grains add a knob of butter.
