NUTRITIOUS Organic Wild Rice: Our organic wild rice is imported from Canada (northwestern Ontario) and is the most nutritious of the four grass species that comprise the genus Zizania has. Its popularity is growing not just because of its great flavor and look, but also because of its numerous health advantages. It has more protein than most other whole grains. It is also high in critical vitamins and minerals.

HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Historically, wilder rice was harvested in North America, India, and China. Canadian wild rice has a distinct nut scent and a very delicate texture. It may be used in a variety of dishes, including salad, soup, pasta, and stuffing.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: To Cook: Rinse the rice, place 125g in a large pan, stir in 450ml of boiling water. Return to the boil, cover, and simmer for 45-50 minutes until the grains have popped. Take off the heat & keep the pan covered for a further 5 minutes then fork through the grains add a knob of butter
