Crafted using the traditional pallet method, it delivers notes of sun-dried raisins and chocolate with an approachable, light-bodied character. The name pays tribute to Tortuga Verde – the green sea turtle that lives on the white sands of Central America, diving between the Pacific and Caribbean seas. Like its namesake, this rum embodies the meeting of two oceans. Mahogany in colour, the nose is sweet and fruity with hints of cocoa, coffee, and lemon peel. On the palate, expect a light body with notes of acacia honey, chocolate, and hints of lemon fruits and apricot. The finish is clean, soft, with a delicious and balanced sweetness.
