GripGrab AquaShield 2 Waterproof Road Cycling Shoe Covers - High Cuff

The waterproof GripGrab AquaShield 2 Road Cycling Overshoes are a further development of the well-known GripGrab AquaShield, featuring a more robust design and improved ease of use. The zip-free design and anatomical cut offer a high level of comfort and waterproofing. Thanks to the stretch of the fabric, you can pull the overshoe up your leg before putting on your cycling shoes. The cuff should sit just below the calf muscle so that the leg and sock are optimally protected. You then put on your road cycling shoes, pull the overshoes over them and secure them with the hook-and-loop strap under the sole. These overshoes are characterised by the combination of PU-coated polyester and waterproof neoprene. The opening on the underside has been specially developed for large road cycling cleats. The neoprene area features a new IntelliSeal silicone finish on the outside, which forms a seal around the underside to prevent water ingress. The toe area features a newly developed rubber insert that protects against damage when stopping and walking. Pro tip: Remember to cover the ventilation holes in the soles of your road cycling shoes (if present), so that you do not get wet feet when water enters through the soles. To do this, simply remove the insole from your shoes, tape over the openings and replace the insole. Do not let bad weather stop you from cycling!
