Shed Five Thirty is a destination winery, a home away from home, a haven for Hawke’s Bay residents and tourists alike. Our Chief Winemaker, Kel Dixon, brings a wealth over 30 years of winemaking experience, and continues to work hard to create an enviable portfolio of outstanding NZ wines. We also have ‘guest’ Winemakers and our 2020 & 2021 reds were made by John Hancock. We apply a minimal intervention method with no additives or preservatives added, and use quality grapes from renowned sub regions within Hawke’s Bay known for ultra premium wine production.

Aromas of butterscotch, white peach and citrus characters. The palate is off-dry with lemon zest and peachy flavours.
