Low In Sugar which is achieved from fermentation only (no added sugar) Low In sulphites Minimal intervention with no additives or preservatives added, 14% ABV
The aroma profile is driven by white flesh peach, vanilla, ripe mandarin and lemon zest. A hint of caramel from the malo-lactic ferment is also present. The wine has good richness on the palate and a persistence afforded by the light acid.
