Directions Adults and children over 10 years: Take one to two tablets at night. Swallow tablets whole with water. Do not chew or crush. Do not take within 1 hour of consuming dairy products or antacids. Do not exceed the stated dose. Safety Warning Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any other medications, especially if you have a medical condition affecting the intestines or colon.
