Product Description Dulcolax Adult Pico Liquid 5mg/5ml Oral solution works overnight in 6-12 hours with your body to effectively relieve you from occasional constipation. If you take it at night, you should be able to go to the toilet in the morning, in the comfort of your own home. Dulcolax Adult Pico Liquid helps the bowel to return to regularity. It is recommended to use changes in diet first and if it is ineffective, bulk forming medicines should be started to control constipation before using stimulant laxatives (for the short-term relief of occasional constipation). Ingredients: Dulcolax Adult Pico Liquid 5mg/5ml Oral solution, contains sodium picosulfate. Always read the label. Dulcolax Adult Pico Liquid 5mg/5ml Oral solution also contains: Sodium, Carboxymethylcellulose, Methyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E218), Propyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E216), Glycerol, Tutti Frutti Flavour, Saccharin Sodium, Ethanol 96 Percent , 0.1 M Sodium Hydroxide, Purified Water. Directions. Preparation: For oral administration. Adults Dosage: One to two 5 ml spoonfuls (5 - 10 mg) per day. Should not be used in children or adolescents under the age of 18 years. In the management of constipation, once regularity has restarted dosage should be reduced and can usually be stopped. Can be diluted with purified water. Please see the enclosed leaflet for further information.Safety Warning: Caution: if laxatives are needed for more than five days in a row, or if symptoms persist, in particular if you have persistent abdominal pain or are passing blood, consult your doctor.
