Ingredients Ispaghula Husk Directions Adults and children over 12: one sachet of fybogel orange in the morningand one in the evening. Children 6-12: 1/2 - 1 level 5ml spoonful, morning and evening, depending on age and size. Safety Warning Do not take Fybogel Orange without water. If you accidently take too much, drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. Do not take more Fybogel Orange than directed.
