The SIP 3-in-1 Sheet Metal Machine is a manual fabrication machine combining a guillotine shear, sheet metal folder and pyramid roller in a single cast iron and steel frame. Designed for trade workshops, metalworking professionals, fabrication shops and manufacturing environments. Cast iron and steel construction delivers the rigidity and accuracy required for production use - where lighter benchtop alternatives fall short. Handles mild steel, aluminium, coated steels and stainless steel up to 1 mm thickness. The 760 mm bed width suits flat blanks, enclosure panels, structural sections and formed profiles. The guillotine shear cuts across the full 760 mm bed with a scissor-action blade, clamp bar and adjustable backstop for repeatable depth of cut. The folder bends sheet metal to 90 degrees with adjustable formers - suited to box fabrications, electrical enclosures and circuitry housings. The pyramid roller forms tubes, ducting, rings and cones to a minimum rolling diameter of 39 mm.
