The SIP Pro F20 Floor Pillar Drill Press is a 1100W drilling machine built for workshop and trade use, suited to fabrication, structural work and general metalwork and woodwork. This model requires a 400V 3-phase electrical supply and is supplied with a 5-pin 16A plug; check your power supply before purchasing, as it is not compatible with a standard 230V socket. Twelve speeds from 150 to 2500rpm give precise control over hole size and finish across mild steel, ferrous, non-ferrous metals, hardwood, softwood and high-density plastics, suiting pilot, blind, batch and general drilling. The MT4 spindle taper, 5-20mm chuck capacity and 120mm spindle travel support a 32mm maximum drilling capacity, suited to heavy-duty drilling and engineering workshop components. As a floor-standing machine, it stands 1720mm tall on a cast iron base and 92mm column, providing stability across a 506mm swing. The 420 x 470mm tilting table has a tilt scale for accurate angled drilling and rack-and-pinion height adjustment, while the cast feed handle gives smooth, controlled downward pressure. Safety features include an NVR (no volt release) switch, a chuck guard, pulley cover interlock and adjustable depth stop.
