PREMIUM JAPANESE UMESHU LIQUEUR - The Choya French Oak 2016 Umeshu is a premium Japanese plum liqueur, crafted from 100% Nanko ume fruit and cane sugar, aged for 3 years in specially designed umeshu tanks, then aged for a further 2 years in roasted French oak barrels (traditionally used for aging Cognac brandy) designed to protect against external factors such as light, temperature and air to deliver exceptional depth, balance, and smoothness. AGED FOR 5 YEARS - Expertly matured over five years to enhance depth and complexity, creating a rich, well-rounded flavour with subtle ageing notes, balanced sweetness and a smooth, elegant finish.
