Description

This Schneider Charge accessory is a load arrester that serves as a trigger protection system to complement the charging station. It is used in a three-phase network. The device is supplied with a voltage of 220 VAC to 230 VAC with a tolerance of +/- 10% and a frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz. It allows you to adjust the maximum power assigned to the charging electric vehicle in real time to the consumption of the rest of the consumers in the home. This adjustment is automatically applied up to 50A. It must be installed indoors on a 35mm DIN rail. Communication with the charging station is carried out via the Power Line Communication system, whereby the PLC system transmits the data via the same conductor as the AC current. Local signalling is provided by an LED with red colour for fault message and green colour during control process. Another green LED indicates when the device communicates with the charging station for electric vehicles. The dimensions are (W) 72mm x (H) 89mm x (D) 75mm. The product weight is 180 g. Its colour is white. It is made of plastic. The operating temperature is between -30°C and 50°C and the storage temperature is between -40°C and 85°C. It complies with EN 61010-1 (2010 edition) and EN61326-1 (2013 edition).
