Rhum Agricole from Martinique is distilled from pure sugarcane juice and produced according to the strict rules of the French AOC (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée), testifying the premium quality and unique terroir of Martinique rum production. Fresh sugarcane is pressed then fermented and distilled to preserve natural aromas and flavors of terroir and the natural vegetal character of the sugarcane. 100% made from the aromatic free-run juice of sugarcane, not molasses. The Rhum Blanc Clément is the perfect expression of a true un-aged Rhum Agricole from Martinique. Clear, with nice flower and cane flavors, it is perfectly adapted for Ti’Punch and a wide variety of cocktails." "* Proud of our origin: The Canne Bleue of Rhum Clément is the first Rhum Agricole made from the distillation of the juice of a single variety of sugar cane: The Canne Bleue. This variety of cane is distinguished by its purplish-blue color and its particularly fruity aromatic potential. Clément Canne Bleue is a Rhum Agricole AOC."

* Our process: The blue canes that make up this cuvée are traditionally harvested between January and June at the most opportune time of the season. After extraction of the juice, fermentation and distillation, the Canne Bleuewhite Rhum is left to rest for a long period of time to ensure a rich aromatic profile and an incomparable roundness in the mouth.

* Tasting notes: The particular dryness experienced in 2020 allowed us to obtain original Canne Bleue vintages profiles. We were able toassemble two exceptional vats that made this vintage an unmissable year.

* Best serve: It is an ideal Rhum for a quality Ti'Punch or an exceptional cocktail.
