These plant based couverture white chocolate drops make deliciously rich and creamy vegan cakes and desserts. They are a golden cream colour, and are easy to weigh and melt. Our artisan production process is designed to maximise flavour. We use natural cocoa butter pressed from fine cacaos, raw cane sugar and gluten free oats and rice. These bring the caramelised and cacao notes with background notes of oats. There is no need to add vanilla.
