You will find those exercises in Reformer Part 1 for the levels Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Super-Advanced. But for some people the traditional exercises and especially the transition between levels can be quite challenging. Which is why 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation teachers have developed many exercises that can be used both as stand-alone practices as well as in preparation for more challenging traditional exercises.
