Giffard Maraschino Liqueur, 70 cl Emile Giffard was a Pharmasist in the Loire Valley, and in 1855 he invented a mint liqueur that people absolutely adored so he changed his Pharmacy into Distillery. Today Giffard is still a family run business and their liqueurs have become a well know name in Restaurants and Bars.
