Product 1: HOW WE MAKE IT – We begin with locally grown, floor-malted barley which is fermented for more than 90 hours before a double distillation, resulting in a light and fruity new-make spirit. We dilute this to 63. 5% ABV for casking and then fill premium American oak STR barriques, allowing these to mature.

Product 1: THE COTSWOLDS TASTE - Notes of dark chocolate, dried figs, plums in sweet syrup on the nose. Warming cereal, and toast on the palate, with lots of fresh red fruits and butterscotch.

Product 1: BEST WAYS TO SERVE - We don't believe in rules when it comes to enjoying whisky - sip this neat, over ice, in a cocktail.

Product 1: CAREFULLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS – We use 100% locally grown barley, the local water is filtered and demineralised and our barrels are premium shaved, toasted and re-charred American oak red wine barriques.
