When increasing the flavour profile in a gin, it is essential to match it with a rise in ABV. At 57.7% ABV this juniper-forward gin uses triple the amount of juniper berries to Sipsmith London Dry Gin. The result is a beautiful juniper-rich gin, dominated by notes of fresh pine, dark cedarwood and spice with hints of zesty orange and dark chocolate on the finish.
