Hernö Blackcurrant Hernö Blackcurrant is a limited edition spirit drink made from Hernö Dry Gin that has been infused with bucketfuls of ripe blackcurrant berries. Matured for a couple of days with the berries and then pressed. Finally sweetened to enhance all the flavours of the fruit and bollted at 28% vol. Enjoyable on its own and lovely to serve in a French 75. Sold out. To be launched 2023. TASTING NOTES Nose Bright, crisp blackcurrant with a hint of jammy tartness and a soft floral sweetness. Finish A long finish, with a definite dry tartness and a touch of acidity followed by a hint of nuttiness. Palate Juniper up front followed by an emerging range of complex flavours of the fruit, bold blackcurrant and sweetness with a hint of green notes of the leaf. Gin botanicals Hernö Gin is an organic gin inspired by the nature in the World Heritage The High Coast of Sweden using organic botanicals from all over the world, organic spirit made from Swedish wheat and water from our own well in Dala.

Hernö Blackcurrant Liqueur is inspired by the nature in the World Heritage of The High Coast of Sweden using organic botanicals including juniper, lemon, lingonberries and blackcurrant.

A light and sweet jammy liqueur, with a lower abv which is perfect for mixing gin cocktails. The blackcurrant works perfectly with champagne for a kir royale.

A great gift for anyone who loves pink gin's or liqueurs from the most awarded gin distillery in Europe.

Herno Blackcurrent Liqueur has notes of bright, crisp blackcurrant with a hint of jammy tartness and a soft floral sweetness.
